Refund policy
SHIPPING
Standard flat-rate shipping (via USPS Priority Mail) averages 3-5 business days for delivery. We offer (free ground shipping for orders over $30). Most items ship the next day (Monday - Friday).
UPS GROUND, 2-DAY, AND OVERNIGHT
Customers may upgrade their shipping to UPS Ground, 2-Day or Overnight. Costs will be calculated and available at checkout.
Orders placed after 5:00pm (CST) Monday-Friday will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend typically ship out the following week.
We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental US. Unfortunately we do not ship to International destinations at this time.
RETURNS
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
For items that arrive damaged or defective (or if you receive an incorrect order), please contact our Customer Service Department at Contactus@miouamor.com and we will assist you right away!
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase from MiouAmor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange in the amount of the original purchase price within 15 days of the original order. No returns or exchanges accepted after 15 days. All “sale” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to offer a refund of the original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order only. Items received as gifts can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit towards a future purchase at www.Miouamor.com. No cash refunds will be issued.
Gift Cards are not refundable.

We will issue you instructions for returning the item(s).
Item(s) should be packed securely in original packaging (or similar). Please return item(s) using an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail). MiouAmor cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns should be sent to: MiouAmor 3117 N. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded or exchanged.
